Botanical Description

Gentiana puberulenta is a herbaceous perennial plant; more or less tufted, it produces a usually small sheaf of erect stems growing around 30 - 50cm tall The plant is harvested from the wild for local use as a medicine. It is sometimes grown as an ornamental.
