Botanical Description
Indigofera heterantha is a deciduous shrub producing a dense thicket of erect, scarcely-branched stems; it can grow up to 3 metres tall, but is often smaller. The plant is harvested from the wild for local use as a food and source of materials. It is often grown as an ornamental.
