Botanical Description

Abutilon venosum is an evergreen shrub or small tree with rather straggling branches. The wood is soft and new branches are often herbaceous, but becoming more woody as they grow older. The plant is harvested from the wild for local use of its fibre. It is sometimes grown as an annual, valued especially for its attractive flowers
