Botanical Description
Allium koelzii is a herbaceous perennial plant growing from an almost spherical bulb around 30 - 60mm in diameter; it produces 3 - 7 leaves and a flowering stem around 40 - 70cm tall. The plant is harvested from the wild for local use as a food.
