HabitEvergreen Shrub
GrowthSlow

Often found growing on clay soils in the wild[1]. The plant produces fragrant flowers for much of the year[1]. The fragrance is most intense in the evening[2]. The female form is rare in cultivation because the flowers are not as aromatic as the male plant[1]. A dioecious species, both male and female forms need to be grown if seed is required.
